When I insert Zotero cite (to a journal article), instead what appears is "copy-pasted" Word text!

Hi! I use "Bluebook Law Review" format for writing a 50-page law review article with approx. 200 total footnotes. All is fine and good, and suddenly today, when I tried adding in a citation (FN 112, to a journal article in my library), the text that comes into the Zotero-footnote is . . . random text that is on my Word clipboard (!). I troubleshooted in a new document and, same thing is happening there. This is the strangest, glitchiest thing -- any guidance? Zotero is updated. I have Zotero Unlimited (paid). Thanks!

RESOLVED. But only because I restarted Word. That was scary!
