Coding guidelines say: 'Global constants should be placed in the ZOTERO_CONFIG array in zotero.js and capitalized', but it seems that they're in config.js now.
I don't know much about software development yet though, so it might be my understanding that's off, not the advice. Just wanted to flag in case it should be updated to say '...in config.js and capitalized.'
