Upgrade StorageStyle Request: Rural History Yearbook/Jahrbuch für Geschichte des ländlichen Raumes

I have been looking for a style that fits the guidelines of an Austrian journal called Rural History Yearbook/Jahrbuch für Geschichte des ländlichen Raumes, but unfortunately couldn't find one, so I thought I'd try my luck and request the style here.
It's a footnotes-based citation system, so there are no in-text citations and there's no bibliography. The thing is complicated a bit by the fact that it's a bilingual journal that publishes both English and German texts, and the citation style would need to include both options.

Isabela Mares, Firms and the Welfare State: When, Why, and How Does Social Policy Matter to Employers?, in: Peter A. Hall/David Soskice (eds.), Varieties of Capitalism. The Institutional Foundations of Comparative Advantage, New York 2001, 184–213.
or for the German version:

As you can see, the English and German version are almost identical, the main differences are that the German version uses
- “Hg./Hrsg.” instead of “ed./eds.”
- “u.a." instead of et al.”
- “ders.” if the same author is mentioned twice in a row
- “Bd./Bds.” instead of “vol./vols”
