Zotero 7 - Dirstribute Zotero to a Large Number of User with special Settings

We would like to distribute Zotero with various settings, such as ‘No autoupdate’ to a large number of users. This is not possible with the Setup.exe. Is there an MSI file that can process the setup or is there a way to save Zotero settings locally and save the default settings the first time the programme is loaded by the user?
