Yes

2) Which OS are you using?
Windows 11 23H2

3) What is your screen resolution?
1920 x 1080, 60 Hz (Redmi Monitor, model RMMNT238NF)

4) Do you see this problem with other PDF viewers that support dark mode?
Left is zotero and right is edge+Dark Reader plugin:

Others are still dazzling, there are slight differences, some are better, some are worse.
