Invisible Zotero-7 library

I come across the Zotero7 malfunctioning which prevents the Zotero showing the library items even though 'My library' and its folders are visible.

Restart in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins, and if that fixes it, find the plugin that's responsible.
