Help! Spinning ball but unlimited storage

I have unlimited storage. But currently whenever I open the zotero app on my mac, I get a spinning ball. It goes away but then comes back as soon as I click on something, like a file in my library. How to fix?

    Can you provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup through reproducing this, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option?

    This wouldn't have anything to do with storage.

    Files above 4 GB are not currently supported
    You have some very large file (probably a video) in your library that can't be synced and might be causing delays.

    Paste 5SXIMLHD into the search bar in All Fields & Tags mode to find the attachment in question, and then delete it and empty the trash.

    You haven't yet deleted 5SXIMLHD and emptied the trash.
