Group library members can't see most articles

Hello! I have a Group Library with over 800 articles. My group member is only about to see about 80 of them, despite using the desktop version, removing/re-adding herself, signing in & out etc. I have synced many times. Interestingly, I can only see 80-ish articles in the web version. What could I/we be doing wrong?

If this is about files, the one group you're in that you don't own is out of storage space.

Thanks so much! I worked through the sync options but I must still be missing something... It's the "Attendance and Immigration Search" which is showing 0 MB usage.

I wonder about the subfolder/collections - this is the only difference I can see between the desktop & web-based libraries.

I think I've finally figured something out. There are so far dozens (likely hundreds actually since there are still 700 articles missing...) of entries with too many editor names that need to be fixed one by one (flagged by the red error symbol)... The whole editorial board seems to have been imported with many journal articles. When I delete the editor entry as an example, the entry makes its way to the online list. Any suggestions for doing this for the next 700 articles other than 1 by 1??
