I would greatly appreciate your help to help me fix a connection issue with Zotero.
The report # is in the Object of this email.
Briefly: I cannot use any more the Zotero connector in Firefox or Edge because the status indicates Zotero is currently unavailable.
Zotero is open, I have an illimited storage capacity...
The Report indicates:

and I do not understand why Chrome extension is a pb since I have not installed Chrome :-(
I read the Troubleshooting page and followed the advice and steps, and still no connection.
