How do I identify a style with specific features?

I have a request for a client to use a citation style with three specific features.
1)In-line citations should be author, year
2)Every entry in the bibliography needs to include a URL
3)Every entry in the bibliography needs to include full author information.

We are currently using the Chicago Manual of Style 17th edition (author-date), which satisfies requirements 1 and 2.

However, this style outputs references by including author info for the first citation, then using a dashed line to represent that the same author is used for the next several citations. This becomes hard to read when we may have thirty or forty citations from the same author.

Can anyone recommend a style that meets all three criteria? Or suggest a way to search for styles that might work?
