Upgrade StorageBug Report - Zotero 7 Beta Slows Down when syncing

In Zotero 7 Beta, I've noticed significant performance lag when the synchronization is active in the background. The issue occurs especially when Zotero is fetching items online and downloading PDF files from WebDAV. The application becomes extremely slow, making it very difficult to open documents or select items. Once the background synchronization finishes, the performance returns to normal.
According to the logging output, seems the process is running rapidly and repeatedly output the items in the first screenshot. Also, many threads are launched by zotero during syncing, as you can see in the second screenshot.
