Case change in titles for APA7 style

Having trouble with my references section. When I import it from Zotero into Word, even though I have selected APA7 style, it still inputs them with title-style capitalization (which is how they got entered in Zotero on accident). Do I need to go in and individually change the case style from title case to sentence case by hand?
