Upgrade Storagetrouble getting microsoft_word_integration to work

If anyone has any advice on how to get past the 'Run-time Error "91": Object Variable or With Block Variable not set' message I would be grateful. I downloaded the Windows plug in and got past Macro security impediments, but now I'm getting this error message. Does anyone know what to do?
