Zotero Ipad attached file not found.

I used WebDav to sync my file, the provider is koofr. I have synced my files to the website and I can find them on the website, but when I downlading the pdf on Ipad it got 'file attached could not be found'. I tried reset synchronization on desktop and change webdav sites, none of them works.

Thanks for your reply and I have solved the problem. It seems have nothing to do with the syncing and is an Internet connection problem. I used VPN on ipad and now it can download the pdfs.
