Upgrade StorageHELP. Zotero says it cannot communicate with word processor
All been working fine for years, then today, when i try and add in a citation (or do anything with zotero) in my word document, it comes up with an error message an says it cannot load the necessary component to communicate with my word processor. It tells me to go to tools-add ons- extension in zotero and check the word extension for zotero is there, which i have done (it is there, no updates avaibale either) but it is still not working. Please help

chloe.meekI saw it said about being full so i have deleted lots of old folders and that hasn't helped

chloe.meekwhen i click - zotero- tools- add ons- it now does not have a drop down box and if i click on it nothing happens wheras previously this morning it came up with the extensions
