Storage update but still having error

Hi everyone. I have updated my account to unlimited storage for the whole year but still i am having an error of limited storage quota. Could anyone help me how to resolve this issue as i am unable to connect it to eppi software and it is not uploading pdfs as well.

You have unlimited storage and shouldn't be getting an error. If you still are, we'd want to see a Debug ID for a sync attempt that produces that error.

Could you please help me understand why i am unable to find pdfs of my references when i rightclick and click "Find PDf". I am unable to upload pdfs.

"Find Available PDF"? That doesn't have anything to do with Zotero Storage or file syncing.
