Lost everything

I use Zotero on my work laptop. The IT department has just done a huge update of my laptop to work with Microsoft Intune but now I've lost all my work in Zotero. Apparently I wasn't using an account in Zotero. Is there any way I can get all the data back?

Only if you (or they) have a backup of your Zotero data directory. See Locating Missing Zotero Data for what to look for. One would hope they would've made a backup of your computer before wiping it — not doing so would be incredibly irresponsible.
