citation and bibliography unlinked in a document when i changed Computer

I have recently changed my computer and when I open the document in which i have used zotero for citation , all citations and bibliographies have been unlinked inspite of syncing the library . How can I resolve this ?

How exactly does this manifest? Unlinked citations have nothing to do with changing computers
