IPAD Zotero Sync Problem

I have 30% storage left. and pdf files stored in laptop can be accessed in laptop zotero and the web library through explorer of the laptop. But i can never access the files on IPAD's zotero app. No error message on the laptop side. Only the ipad told "Error The attached fild is not available in the online library. Please check that the file has synced on the device where it was added."
I use IPAD PRO 2020, OS16.4.
