Zotero Web and Word

Good afternoon,
I'm using Zotero Web only and I can't import my references into Word, although the Zotero icon appears in the word file. can you help me? What should I do?

    You need Zotero Desktop installed and open to work with Word (and you would at least have had to have that installed at some point to get the Zotero toolbar in Word)
