Problems with importing books through ISBN identifiers

Hello, I am experiencing an issue I have not been able to resolve.

I am trying to import an entry for the following book: https://www.worldcat.org/es/title/1098220402?oclcNum=1098220402 also available through the Library of Congress catalogue https://catalog.loc.gov/vwebv/search?searchCode=LCCN&searchArg=2019017349&searchType=1&permalink=y

Using Zotero standalone I get a Lookup Failed. Zotero could not find a record for the specified identifier. Please verify the identifier and try again.

My submitted the error through Zotero standalone. This is the report ID: 1736455094

My Zotero version is 6.0.23 on Windows.

What can I do to fix this?

Which of the ISBNs are you using?

Sorry for not specifying. I tried all of them. None work.

Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for an attempt that fails?

There appears to be something wrong with a lot of your translators. Reset your translators from the Advanced → Files and Folders pane of the Zotero preferences.

Hi, this worked for me too. Identifier had stopped working a while ago. I would recommend also to restart the computer.
