Upgrade StorageAPA 7th ed. format error

Hope you can help me with this issue.
During one of the tasks, it was found that the bibliography imported to the word file via Zotero had errors throughout. This document is required in APA 7th edition format. The following steps were followed:
1. Import RIS file on Zotero
2. Selection of the relevant references - 601
3. Right-click and click on Create Bibliography from items
4. Select citation style - APA 7th edition
5. Select references copied to the clipboard
6. Open the word file
7. Paste references
The full stops "." after the first alphabet of the author's first name are missing. It is only placed right before the year of publication. Commas "," after the last names of authors are also missing.
Example from previous Campbell report (APA citation): desired output
Adamo, A., Klodawsky, F., Aubry, T., & Hwang, S. (2016). Ending homelessness in Canada. http://homelesshub.ca/resource/ending-homelessness-canada-study-10-year-plans-4-canadian-cities
What Zotero produced on Word:
Adamo A, Klodawsky F, Aubry T, & Hwang S. (2016). Ending homelessness in Canada. http://homelesshub.ca/resource/ending-homelessness-canada-study-10-year-plans-4-canadian-cities
Please let me know if I a missing something in the steps to avoid this.

adamsmithThe authors were incorrect (i.e. without a comma before the initial) in the RIS. You need to fix them in Zotero. Where is the RIS from?
