File Syncing Error

When I upload a reference with a PDF to one computer that is synced to my zotero account, I keep getting "file not found" when trying to access zotero with another computer that is also synced to my account

Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync attempt that triggers this?

After you've provided that, just restarting Zotero might fix it. But please provide the Debug ID first.

Actually, no, there's a problem here that we need to fix on the server side. If you can provide the Debug ID, that would still be helpful, but we'll get back to you on the upload issue.
