Unable to retrieve PDFs from ScienceDirect

Zotero Connector initially shows ScienceDirect Full Text PDF but then X and text turns red. Definitely have access to the article.

Start by upgrading to a current version of Zotero. You're on a version from March.

You should also figure out why you haven't received any auto-updates since then.

If you're still having trouble, provide another Debug ID from Zotero for reloading the page in the browser and trying to save.
