Files no longer syncing

Files I upload to Zotero from my Mac no longer sync to my other devices. I have not had any issues with file syncing in the past. I followed the troubleshooting steps outlined by the website and have a Debug ID from resetting my file sync history: D603020691

    It's just the error that it's showing you in the toolbar on every sync:
    You have reached your Zotero File Storage quota. Some files were not uploaded. Other Zotero data will continue to sync to the server.

    See your zotero.org account settings for additional storage options.
    (You went way too far in the Files Not Syncing steps. It says that it may be a quota error in the first line, and it explains how to check for a sync error in the toolbar.)
