Sync problems

Hello I have downloaded the zotero app on my mac. I now want to sync a group library that I access i the zotero browser. I went to preferences and set sync, put my login in but it says internet problems although I am online. Does someone have an idea? many thanks Vera

What's the exact message that it gave you?

Can you provide a Debug ID for the login attempt, or does that fail too?
