Installation on MacBook Air

I have a new Macbook Air M2 running MacOS Ventura 13.0.1
I keep getteing an error by installation ?

    What are you doing when trying to install and what does the error say?

    Download worked ok it seems - when I dragged it to applications folder and opened it : Error occurred... I tried 10 times yesterday - today It worked after installing another little program
