When I cited literature，the format I choose is 【China National standard GB/T 7714-2015】.BUT the 【et al】 in English has become 【等】 in Chinese…How can I solve this problem？

What's the problem, exactly?
That style isn't localized, so it hard-codes the Chinese string for "et al". If you want "et al", you'd have to use a different style.
