creator name too long inhibiting syncing

The creator name “Rocca M, Absinta M, Longoni G, Galantucci S, Pagan…” in one of your items is too long to sync. Shorten the field and sync again.

If you receive this message repeatedly for items saved from a particular site, you can report this issue in the Zotero Forums.

This would be the results of import not working correctly, likely because you imported from a site/format that had authors in an invalid format. Once you identify the item in question, do you remember (or can tell via the Library Catalog field) where you imported the item from?
