When I "create bibliography from collection" it removes author names??

When I right click on a collection of sources and hit "create bibliography from collection," several of the authors names are represented as "---" rather than the name. This happens when I try to export the bibliography in multiple of the available formats. (Although the one I most need to work is simply "copy to clipboard"). I've tried manually inputting the names again and it still doesn't work. When I click "copy bibliography" on a specific source the author's name appears normally. This is a massive time waste if I have to manually fix so many entries. I would love if someone could tell me why this is happening.

That's the correct format for repeated names in the citation style you're using.
