annotation disappear suddenly on ipad

I was reading article using Zotero on ipad, and I've made up many highlights and natations, but the PDF suddenly shut down, back to the list page.
When I re-open the article, all the notes were disappeared.
Why does this happened? How can I solve it?

    If you go back from the library list and click on the settings icon, what's the version number at the bottom?

    If you view the parent item for this PDF in your web library, what's the URL in your browser's address bar?
