Help! Trying to Import from EBSCO into Zotero

I am trying to import a search from EBSCO into Zotero. I am using the RIS method. I went to File-Import- Click on "A file"- Went to my downloads and clicked on what I wanted to put in the file- copy files to Zotero storage folder. After I click on that, it says that the file selected is not in a supported format. All of the people in my research grou

    Can you open the downloaded file in a text editor (e.g., Notepad or TextEdit) and post the first 50 or so lines here, and also provide a Debug ID for the import attempt?
