PDFs unavailable on iPad after resetting File sync history

Good evening,
Using a WEBDAV setup with my NAS through Synology. On MacBook, Zotero says WEBDAV link tests just fine, but when I go to Zotero on my iPad I get an error noting the pdf I want to look at hasn’t been synced properly. I followed the steps with the troubleshooting link and got DEBUG ID D1602878349. Many thanks in advance.

The file you opened already exists on the server. You should see a Y4E462CQ.prop and Y4E462CQ.zip file.

If so, the relevant debug output would be from the iPad.
