How do I specify COinS character encoding for Zotero? I'm trying to add COinS metadata to the articles of Hungarian Wikipedia, but the accented characters (UTF-8, urlencoded - if I understand correctly, this is the suggested approach in OpenURL) appear messed up: in the title, all accented characters turn into Ã, in other fields, Zotero seems to interpret them as as ISO-8859-1 (for example é gets transformed to é). Specifying UTF-8 manually by adding ctx_enc=info:ofi/enc:UTF-8 didn't help either.

Ami I doing something wrong, or is this a problem with Zotero?
