Create fields for already existing variables / suggestion on mapping
While I was updating the description of variable matching for CSL in the documentation
http://www.zotero.org/support/dev/csl_syntax_summary#variables
I noticed that a number of variables that I would need in several styles already exist in Zotero and are mapped correctly to CSL - but not for the items where I need them.
Specifically:
Medium: currently only used for Interview - I think this should really be there for all items - that would help among other things to get the MLA style correct.
Section: I would really like that variable (currently only for bills) in book sections:
e.g. for this style http://forums.zotero.org/discussion/8731/style-request-journal-of-applied-physiology/ but that seems quite common.
genre - mapped to... - this is mapped (among others) to Artwork Size. It would be great if it could also be mapped to the (unmapped) Scale for Maps - it's not 100% intutitive, but makes some sense.
If I understand the underlying csl.js correctly, this should be very easy to implement? Are there serious objections?

If there's a need for this sort of thing, then we should probably add "scale" and "format" variables, or something similarly generic.
