New CMS fork: Dated note with biblio, no ibid.

So I merged the CMS note, no ibid, no bibliography style with the CMS note, bibliography style and then replaced the short title with a year (plus a suffix for disambiguation). It all seems to work fine. Can I get it uploaded to the repository in any way?

Fixed group delimiters, suffixes and prefixes to allow citations without page references.

EDIT: Another edit to make journal volumes bold and include issue numbers in parentheses.

I have one problem - when titles have quotes="true" how do you make the suffix="." appear outside the quotes?

The upcoming 1.0 release of CSL will allow for this, but for now it isn't possible.

no. The processor isn't quite done yet (though it seems almost) and then it has to be implemented in Zotero.
