Trouble translating DYNIX iPac 2.03.01(Case no. 1355598137)

Zotero is incompatable with our library catalog (HIP 2, Dynix) It fails and shows the following error message:

"Could Not Save Item"

I've used these URLs:

http://202.60.230.203:82/ipac20/ipac.jsp?profile=lts


and I'm using

Zotero 2.0b5
Firefox 3.0.11
