Upgrade StorageImporting Endnote using "%" tags:: %@ ISSN doesn't import
I can get the Transportation Research Information System (TRIS) to export in "EndNote format" but I get a series of tags with the first character being the percent symbol. Everything else imports properly except for the ISSN. The ISSN has the tag "%@".
Here is an example of a record I want to import:

%@ certainly is not part of the original Refer specification, but it is common due to EndNote. Bibutils uses it for ISSN, ISBN, and serial numbers.
