"tag" screen below libraries no longer allows scrolling

I think the section displaying "tags" on my Zotero screen used to have a scroll bar. At this point I can only access the tags at the very top. If I click, say, 18th century, then a scroll bar shows up and I can filter within that category. But if I want anything past "architecture" I can't seem to get to it. I've tried arrows, tabs, the touchpad on my laptop, etc., with no luck. Any thoughts?
