issues importing from endnote

So I have successfully imported a library from endnote already but when I tried to import the larger(10,000+) library I wanted, the progress bar comes up and just keeps going. I've let it sit for almost an hour to see if it just needed more time but that did not seem to help. I have tried both ris and bibtxt formats the last time when I tried the bibtxt format I reported the error. the report ID was 630693619.

    Both RIS and BibTeX files are just text files, so you can open them in a text editor and break them up into separate smaller files. The progress bar will hang with large files (which we couldn't fix in Firefox 2 but may be able to in Firefox 3), but you should be able to hear disk activity if the import process is still going.
