import from Documents and settings

After a crash of my computer, Zotero started with no previous references. In my Documents and setiings, I still have all the gathered stuff. Can I restore My Library?

    If you've only opened Firefox once since you restarted your computer and haven't yet closed it, you should open your Zotero data directory by clicking "Show data directory" in the Advanced pane of the Zotero prefs and make a backup copy of zotero.sqlite.bak. If that file is larger than zotero.sqlite, it may contain your library, though the only way that would happen without a warning when you next started Firefox is if the zotero.sqlite file was completely erased in the crash.
