    I have this error and it doesnt go away. none of these tricks with new documents or copy paste stuff works. always the same error.
    Pleeeease, i need help.

    Have you tried all the steps on the word processor plugin troubleshooting page?

    Hi, thanks for the fast reply but all those things didnt help. since the last time it worked i installed the new firefox version, and i installed a new internet conection. Could any of that cause problems?
    Also, in the zotero error report i get this:

    Hi, it is suddenly working again (i didnt change anything). I would say it has something to do with this new internet connection. I am using two different ones (work, home) so maybe thats messing up the whole thing a little bit.
