Bug: french translation missing

Please add the following line to locale/fr-FR/zotero/zotero.dtd:

    It's not a bug. As noted on the SVN and Trac access page, we don't update non-English locales until official releases are pushed out, at which point we merge the English locales with the latest versions from BabelZilla. This means that dev builds won't work with non-English locales if new English strings have been added since the last release, which is the case at the moment.
