Data from "Extra" field LOST

I was using the "extra" field in the Info tab last night and now that field is missing (regardless of the item type). Also, the detail pane (with info, notes, attachments, and related tabs) to the right side of the window frequently doesn't show up when I select an item in the center pane.

I really love this tool but the apparent loss of information and erratic behavior makes me skittish... thanks for any help you all can offer!

    UPDATE -- the data in the Extra field isn't lost (i.e., shows up in reports) but does not show up as a field in the detail pane (right side).

    As with your other thread, please try disabling other extensions, and if that doesn't work we'll need a screenshot.
