citing multiple works

I'm using zotero with Word and would greatly appreciate help in learning how to cite several refs at once. At the end of a sentence, for example, I may want to cite 6 or 7 works, but when I add each individually, it comes in its own parentheses -- I would like all the cited refs to be within one set of parentheses, each cite separated by a semi-colon.

Is there any way to do this? Thanks for your help.

    yes, easy solution - in your word plugin, when you select your citations there is a button "mutliple citations" on the bottom left of the plugin window. click that and from there on it should be self explanatory.
