    Hi,

    when I download a new item to my library, and then try to duplicate it into another folder by drag'n drop, I'm getting the error message "An error has occurred. Please restart Firefox.". Looks like a bug. Number for the error report I submitted is 344739034.

    You need to run your database through the DB Repair Tool. Once that's done, as long as you're using Firefox 3, it shouldn't be an issue again.
