    I am not able to access the feature of the right column - i.e. adding tags, writing notes, etc. - for anything that I store on Zotero... Please help as it is a fantastic tool that I don't want to stop using...

    Can you try disabling any other Firefox extensions you are running? There are some known issues with other extensions that can cause this sort of thing.

    If that solves your issue please report back with the name of the extension causing the conflict.

    I tried disabling all my addons... but the problem still persists... i dont have any of the addons mentioned in the incompatible extensions... It just says "No items selected"...

    I am having the same problem. It just says "no items selected" I have looked for help on all the forums and FAQs.

    Yes, though it's not particularly likely to fix the problem (but still worth a shot).

    Closing this thread. If disabling all other extensions doesn't fix the problem, please follow up on this earlier thread, which also lists some other things you can try.
