I saved a reference in Zotero as a webpage. However, when I insert the citation in Word, there is no info on the access date and no url. How can I choose to include this info in the footnote in Word when I use Zotero?

Including access and URL information is generally style specific. Try using a few different styles to confirm that it is a specific style issue, then confirm the rules your style requires and post back here.
