Zotero is failing to capture information on OvidSP (psycInfo database). I click on the icon in the address bar, and the zotero rectangle appears but it is empty and the reference never shows up in my collection. I've copied the link from my browser window below, and I can provide more details if requested. I've just started using zotero, and it works for me on other sites just not any of the references I've tried from psycInfo on ovidSP.

The link you posted did not work, it is tied to a specific time which has expired. Could you post the citation or search criteria necessary to find the article you have having problems with?

I have the same problem with OvidSP and it's my only way to get at the PsychInfo database I need to use.

I've installed FF3 with the latest version of Zotero. I created a clean FF profile with no extensions (also tried my usual profile with the potentially problematic ones disabled) and it still would not download any references to my collections. Since I am outside of my university's network, I tried accessing OvidSP both through VPN and by another user sign-on linked by the university to OvidSP, but neither way works. EBSCO and some other databases work fine.
Here's one (of many!) references I couldn't download:

In case the link times out, the article is
"Mainstream personality psychology and the study of religion" (McCrae, 1999)

I'd be very grateful to hear if anyone has solved this problem and can tell me what to do.

It's been about a month now, and I still can't save citations from the main data base I have to use.

Is there any way this can be fixed?

The situation is still just as it was above. (The links always appear to time out, b/c I can't even cut and paste that link into my browse now when I'm logged in and searching OvidSP with that very article up on the screen). If my university has an article in its possession I can sometimes open the full text and get the citation, but only under those circumstances and often what I really want to do is put 6 or 7 articles from a search into my bib without having to open them all up.

Do the Zotero powers that be (or anyone else) know of anything that can be done about this or do I just need to give up using Zotero for my bibliography and sally forth with Endnote?
    Thanks for your help!

Bump. Me too. I have exactly the same problem. PsycINFO citations do not save correctly from OvidSP.
