Since Skydrive, Google Docs, Acrobat.com are offering online space for file storage especially .pdf files, I am just wondering if ZOTERO can be made to access these major sites so that we can store and access our files in this sites? It would be really nice as I will not be afraid of losing my precious files once my HDD crashes again! -

There is already some documentation about running Zotero over a network. You can place your Zotero folder on a shared drive by simply moving it where you want and pointing Zotero to it through the advanced pane of the preferences window.
Also, if you do some searching through the forums for "sync" you can find several threads where people have outlined their approaches to syncing files and their Zotero collection.
